Faculty Position in Intervention Research Methods in Behavioral Health

The Department of Biomedical Data Science at the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth (Geisel) seeks an outstanding individual to join our faculty. The successful candidate is one pursuing a vigorous, research program focused on the use of novel methodologies to develop and/or evaluate adaptive interventions, including just-in-time adaptive interventions and mobile interventions for health behavior change. Research focused on patient/consumer engagement, clinical effectiveness, and/or implementation of mobile health behavior change interventions will be considered. Research designed to understand mechanisms of behavior change with digital health interventions is also of interest, as are interventions focusing on addictive behaviors.

Faculty and Institutional Leadership Position in Biomedical Informatics

The Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth College (Geisel) and its major clinical partner, Dartmouth Hitchcock, seek an outstanding individual who is pursuing a vigorous, independent research program focused on developing innovative informatics methods and technologies to advance medical care, biomedical science, and human health to join our faculty and lead our efforts in Biomedical Informatics. The successful individual will also serve as Director of Biomedical Informatics for the Dartmouth Clinical and Translational Science Institute (CTSA; called SYNERGY at Dartmouth), helping to establish research linkages between investigators and the electronic health record system at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center and connecting Dartmouth’s CTSA with the wider national CTSA network.

Postdoctoral Fellowship or Research Scientist Position in Biostatistics

A postdoctoral fellow or research scientist is sought to conduct innovative research to implement estimation of complex statistical models in challenging situations. The two-year position is funded by a five-year grant from the Agency for Health Care Research and Quality that supports methodological and applied research. The successful candidate will be appointed in The Dartmouth Institute for Health Policy and Clinical Practice and will work under the mentorship of Dr.

Postdoctoral Training Program for Quantitative Biomedical Sciences in Cancer

The Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth invites applications for a unique postdoctoral training and career development program design to cross-train scientists in the fields of bioinformatics, biostatistics and epidemiology for cancer research in the biomedical sciences. The Training Program for Quantitative Biomedical Sciences in Cancer at Dartmouth is supported by the Cancer Education and Career Development program of the National Cancer Institute.
